Frequently Asked Questions

Are you open if it rains?

Our retail store is open rain or shine. Many of our outside attractions are under roof and can still be enjoyed.  However we are a farm and experience muddy conditions when it rains. Please dress appropriately and feel free to give us a call and we can give you a farm report.

Do you take credit or debit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. However, cash is preferred for food purchases at the concession stand.

May I bring my dog to your farm?
For the safety of our guests, we do not allow dogs on the farm and in the store except for registered service dogs.

May I pick my pumpkin from the field?
For your convenience, our pumpkins are raised and picked at our home farm south of the harvest barn. We have tons of different varieties and sizes for you to choose from. We are the perfect place to find all your fall decorating needs. Wagons are available for use as you enjoy exploring for that perfect pumpkin.

Do I have to pay admission to buy a pumpkin or visit the Harvest Barn store?

No. There is never any fee to visit the store or enjoy shopping through our bounty of fall  harvest items.  Seeing our wonderful customers is why we are here !

May I drop off my teenager at the farm?
No one under the age of 16 will be admitted to the Harvest Barn Fun Farm without an adult.

Adult Supervision:
Youth must be age 16 or older to visit the farm without adult supervision. Otherwise, children must be accompanied by a paid adult chaperone to visit the Fun Farm.

Do you serve food?

We are excited to open our new eatery this fall, Trixie's Feed Bunk. Open every weekend in September and October. Enjoy yummy items such as our own farm raised BBQ Beef, Breezy Bacon Burgers and our famous desserts! Visiting during the week? We have plenty of yummy snacks inside the store, such as our own amazing beef sticks, cheese curds, salsas and chips and our wonderful fudge made right in our store!

May I bring a wagon/stroller to the farm to transport my child in?

Yes you may. A wagon/stroller is suitable for a farm visit and to walk through the corn maze unless we have muddy conditions. However due to the congestion inside the store in the fall we do not allow strollers inside the Harvest Barn.
